Attorney Kara Simard joined Borofsky, Amodeo-Vickery & Bandazian, P.A. in October 2007 as an associate practicing in the area of civil litigation. Kara is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Kara graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in May 2007. At Suffolk, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. Kara published a Note titled "Innocent at Guantanamo Bay: Granting Political Asylum to Unlawfully Detained Uighur Muslims" in the Summer 2007 edition of the Transnational Law Review. Kara received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts, with a double major in Political Science and Fine Arts.
Kara is a member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, New Hampshire Bar Association, Manchester Bar Association, New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Civil Liberties Union.
