From the Dover/Rochester Area:

Take the Spaulding Turnpike South. After you cross the Sullivan Bridge, stay in the left lane. The Turnpike splits with the Spaulding Turnpike continuing on the right and Exit 3 (Newington Business District) on the left. Stay to your left, take Exit 3 and continue straight. You are now on Market Street Extension. Continue straight, passing the Sheraton on the right and the salt piles on the left. At the next stop sign, turn right onto Hanover Street and proceed approximately 100 feet to the municipal parking garage. This is the recommended parking location as on street parking is limited. If you choose not to park in the garage, take the next left onto Fleet Street. The office is located at the intersection of Fleet & Congress Streets.

From all points South:

Take 95 North to Exit 7 (the last exit before the Piscataqua Bridge). Turn right off the exit ramp onto Market Street Extension. Continue straight, passing the Sheraton on the right and the salt piles on the left. At the next stop sign, turn right onto Hanover Street and proceed approximately 100 feet to the municipal parking garage. This is the recommended parking location as on street parking is limited. From Maine:
