Attorney Christopher Bandazian joined Borofsky, Amodeo-Vickery & Bandazian, P.A. after graduating from Boston College Law School in 1985 and became a shareholder in 1990. Since joining the firm, the focus of his practice has been in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. He also maintains a general practice, including the areas of land use, small business, administrative and probate law. Prior to attending law school, Chris was employed for five years at the Department of Microbiology & Molecular Genetics at Harvard Medical School pursuing an interest in medical research. His background in medical science has been valuable in analyzing medical-legal and technology related issues that arise in the firm’s practice.
Chris is a current member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice and Manchester Bar Association. He was elected Chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section in April 2009, and recently served on a New Hampshire Bar Association committee to establish criteria for Lawyer Referral Service medical malpractice panel members. Chris was on the faculty of the November 2008 New Hampshire Association for Justice Workers’ Compensation seminar, speaking on the subject of third party personal injury claims.
Chris was elected to a three year term on the Bedford Town Council in 2008 where he previously served as an appointed member in 2004-2005. He currently serves on the Bedford Zoning Board of Adjustment where he has been a Board member since 1992 and has served as Chairman and Vice Chairman. Chris is also a member of the Merrimack Valley Regional Water District Board and an alternate member on the Bedford Community Television Board. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors of two community non-profits, The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill, Inc., where he is Vice Chairman, and the Bedford Education Foundation. He also coached the McKelvie Middle School Mock Trial Team, including the 1997 State Champion Team and the 1996 and 2000 State runners-up.
