Attorney David Cline is a shareholder in the Borofsky, Amodeo-Vickery, & Bandazian Professional Association and The Legal Clinics, P.A., practicing in the Portsmouth and Manchester offices. Since joining the firm in 1980, David has focused his practice on family law, bankruptcy, wills, estate planning and probate. He is admitted to the New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts Bars. David is a certified Superior Court Guardian Ad Litem and admitted to U. S. District Court in New Hampshire and Maine.

Atty. David Cline is also a member of New Hampshire Bar Association, Maine Bar Association and is a Superior Court Mediator. In addition David has volunteered as a coach for the York, Maine Recreation Department is now on the Board of Directors for the York Soccer Club.

Attorney Cline graduated from New York University in 1971 and received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1974.
